Browns 10 – Ravens 24
This game showed Notre Dame product DeShone Kizer is only a rookie, while the Ravens defense looks top notch a couple of games into the season.
Didn’t quite get a tour of the stadium since it was a game day, so I’ll keep this one pretty simple. NFL fans in Baltimore showed true colors representing this team in the Ravens home opener. Not quite the Ray Lewis introduction, but Terrell Suggs pumped up that crowd as the last one out of the tunnel.
You almost knew the Browns had no chance, just from the beginning intros. M&T Bank Stadium was LOUD. Kizer threw a couple of quick interceptions and was pulled for migraines (returned in the second half and three his third pick of the game). Cleveland’s backup Kevin Hogan came into the game and the Browns started to look good until a late interception right before the first half was coming to a close. The Ravens turned that pick around and with 2 seconds left, Flacco threw a touchdown to wide receiver, Jeremy Maclin, who made his Baltimore Ravens home debut.
Before the game, there was a Miller Lite Section by one of the gates, where some Ravens broadcasters had a pre game show going on with fans listening and drinking some cold ones.
Outside of the stadium stand two statues of Ravens legends, Johnny Unitas and Ray Lewis.
